The team

Our Operations Department plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and fostering a secure and productive environment for our employees and visitors. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take on a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and make a positive impact within our organisation by contributing to our team’s goals.

Main responsibilities

As a member of our Operations Team you will:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement improvements in facility operations, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support operational decision making, utilising various tools and technologies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards operational goals.
  • Support the Operations team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Onsite work is required most of the time to effectively carry out the specified duties
  • Candidates based in Nicosia are preferred, with the ability to travel to Limassol premises at least twice a week and to other locations as needed.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering Studies or in a related field
  • Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent data analytics skills to enhance decision-making across various operational matters
  • Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clearly and effectively
  • Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages
