Responsibilities

• Posting of invoices.
• Posting of journal entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance).
• Communication with service providers.
• Manage database and filing systems.
• Additional tasks by Head of Finance & Accounting.

Requirements

• Candidates interested in developing their career in accounting and finance with no prior knowledge of accounting and finance are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who have recently graduated from university are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounting job positions are encouraged to apply.
• Holder of an accounting and finance degree is an advantage but not a must.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• General computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and high sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail.
