• Languages:English, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Dutch.

• Knowledge of financial markets will be an advantage.

The position will include the following tasks on a daily basis:

• Develop and manage ongoing private client relationships.

• Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients.

• Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform related queries.

• Explaining the payment process mechanism.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication.
