Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a licensed Asset Management company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Office Manager;
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the functioning of the office: ordering stationery, consumables, etc.;
- Interaction with courier services, cleaning and maintenance companies;
- Receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Record keeping;
- Organization of meetings, appointments, negotiations;
- Participation in organization of corporate events;
- Budgeting expenses for office needs;
- Ad hoc duties as required from management
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian & English (Verbal & Written)
- 1-2 years of experience with administrative and clerical work will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and polite personality with the ability to multitask
- Eligible to work in Cyprus
Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Monday to Friday
