LXM Media Group is an agile aviation service provider and specialist for generating additional revenue for airlines (Ancillary Revenue). In the rapidly growing livery and aviation signage business, LXM offers both exterior and interior signage: from complete aircraft livery to placards, stencils and spray masks. Uniquely positioned at the interface between the aviation, advertising, media, in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) and content sectors, LXM has been an established advertising partner for well-known airlines like Wizz Air, Eurowings, Condor, SunExpress, Air Dolomiti, and Cyprus Airways with its digital advertising product, the marketing of aircraft cabins and aircraft exterior areas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with both Backend and Front-end skills and expertise in Java, PHP, and .NET to maintain and further develop our Ad-Server technologies along with advanced Project Management and documentation experience documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions. While this position is based in Larnaca, Cyprus, we offer flexible remote working options to accommodate top talent in the EU including freelancers.

You'll have..

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on Java, PHP, and .NET

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• Experience with web development frameworks and tools

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Previous experience working in a remote team environment.

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java, PHP, and .NET technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

• Contribute to the architecture and design of software solutions

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

• Document code and development processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
