CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with significant operations in the Affiliate Marketing sector, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their newly established operations here in Cyprus. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will take on a highly strategic and critical role, supporting the Group's financial operations. This role suits an applicant who is educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar, who is a full member of a recognised accounting body, with proven experience in a relevant accounting role. As part of your role, you will be responsible for creating forecasts, and closely monitoring the forecast against actual financial results. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of monthly financial reports, monthly results, costs/revenue/budgeting.
• Manage reporting across all participating entities in several countries.
• Manage money flow between entities according to desired strategy by Shareholders.
• Manage bank accounts and payment moments weekly.
• Arrange payments from different kind of entities.
• Arrange different kind of payments, SEPA, ACH, Wire transfers in different kind of currencies.
• Investigate lost transactions and arrange solutions.
• Setup bank accounts/EMI's locally.
• Setting up bank accounts/EMI accounts worldwide.
• Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping and compliance for banks.
• Investigate FX actual costs from historical files.
• Investigations interbanking costs
• Investigate operational costs
• Create new traditional cost category framework
• Retrospectively implement cost categories and ensure implementation of new categories in the software.
• Create budgeting and costs forecast.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Member of a recognised accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• Proven experience in a relevant financial accounting role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
