As a Business Solutions Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the department responsible for ensuring the development of the highest quality software solutions in line with client requirements, on time and in budget. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field, who possess in excess of 5+ years of relevant experience gained working in a project-orientated environment, including significant experience in leading, managing and mentoring teams. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the department P&L and for achieving the department’s targets and budget.
• Manage, empower, coach, and develop employees of the department.
• Ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Formulate, adopt and implement the strategy.
• Maintain close relationship with Company partners.
• Accomplish tangible business plans and financial targets.
• Prepare, deploy and monitor the department’s budget as well as project budgets.
• Ensure delivery of product and services within the deadline, budget, schedule and of the highest quality.
• Review and optimize internal processes through reengineering and measuring of performance KPIs.
• Participate in architectural development activities.
• Participate in presale process cycle.
• Provide estimations for technical services and participate in the preparation of technical proposals.
• Identify possible improvements and extensions that will generate revenue for the Company.
• Ensure team compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Manage progress reporting.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field.
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position, managing teams of people from different backgrounds and areas of specialization, within in a project-oriented environment.
• Technology projects and software development experience.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Management experience.
• Expert knowledge of business solutions, ERP and CRM.
