The Client:

Our Client, who acts as the single-family office for a self-made entrepreneur, is looking to recruit a Financial Controller for its offices in Nicosia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing the management with updated bank loan balances and terms on a monthly basis

• Reviewing and monitoring entries/transactions done by the bookkeepers

• Managing the closure of companies in various jurisdictions (all the way through)

• Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Preparation of projected cashflows

• Reviewing of Financial statements of various companies

• Provide audit assistance to the external auditors on the completion of the annual statutory audit.

• Ensuring all reporting deadlines are met in each jurisdiction

• Providing assistance with the consolidation of accounts for a range of companies

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA)

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position

• Strong organizational, analytical, decision making and interpersonal skills

• Self motivated and results driven

• Effective verbal and listening communications skills

• Ability to meet and establish deadlines

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English

Location:

The position is for the Client's Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration:
