The Client:

On behalf of our client, a top-rated professional services firm, we are actively looking to recruit a talented and motivated IT Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues

• Offer technical support and guidance to users across various departments

• Support users in firms premises as needed

• Perform daily routine checkup and report issues

• Proactively monitor system/server performance and address issues before they impact service

• Manage the service desk, investigate issues, and apply standard maintenance procedures

• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including new accounts and system usability introductions

• Set up, configure, and manage computer and network systems

• Communicate with external vendors and manage service contracts

• Oversee the management of the Firm’s IT assets and their lifecycle

• Other departmental duties as assigned by the Head of the department and other Firm-wide duties as assigned by the Management

Qualifications/Skills/ Experience:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field

• Hands-on approach

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Previous experience working with CRM and Accounting Solutions will be considered an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both oral and written

• Proficiency with MS Office applications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Organised, diligent, critical thinking and able to pay attention to detail

• Respond to queries on a timely manner

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (ISO, GDPR) will be considered an advantage

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
