If you’ve been searching for an opportunity that will put you on the fast track to career success, you’ve just found it. A.D. Compliance Services currently has an exciting, full-time on-site career opportunity for a Junior Complaints Administrator at our headquarters in Limassol.

As a Junior Complaints Administrator, you will ensure the highest possible standard of service to be provided to clients and measure client satisfaction.

Main Role:

  • Liaising with customers via email and in writing to obtain all complaint details for new, ongoing and open complaints as per the instructions of the Head of Complaints;
  • Ensuring accurate, high quality and personalized responses are issued to customers within the set time frames;
  • Liaising with other departments within the complaint as required to ensure accurate responses are provided;
  • Ensuring that the record-keeping system is kept updated with details of the Customer's correspondence, actions taken and responses;
  • Providing reports as requested concerning various complaints.

Working schedule:

The successful candidate will work morning and evening shifts on a weekly rotation basis.

  • Morning shift - Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:00 (8 hours shift with a 15-minute break);
  • Evening shift - Monday to Friday 15:00 to 23:00 (8 hours shift with a 15-minute break).

Candidate Profile:

  • University or College Degree in any field;
  • Fluency in English Language (any other language will be considered as an advantage);
  • Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent judgment skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well organized.
