On behalf of our client, a well-establish company and well known as an International and European award - winning architecture firm located in Larnaca we are seeking to recruit a Junior architect.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

• Experience (internships, co-op positions) in architectural design or planning is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong design and visualization skills.

• Good understanding of architectural principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions.

• Assist in preparing design documents, including drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

• Prepare and coordinate construction documents and specifications under supervision.

• Assist in the research and preparation of feasibility studies and design proposals.

• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and assisting in presentations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies.

• Contribute to maintaining the company's quality standards and best practices.
