Splash Boutiques are looking to recruit a full-time Ecommerce Assistant to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Assistant you will maintain the e-commerce platform, ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.

General Duties & Responsivities

• Monitors incoming products and inventory to launch products on a daily basis
• Update all product descriptions & information within Powersoft
• Ensure products are in the correct categories which correlate to the website
• Re-sizing brand product images and alignment if needed
• Basic image touch-up (if needed)
• Upload product images into portal and sync daily to website
• Collating seasonal sale information for products and amending prices in powersoft

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM software’s.
• Basic understanding of image re-sizing for web.
• Detail Oriented – must!
• Proficient computing skills: Understanding Invoices, PDFs, Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team player, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work to deadlines and reprioritise where necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent English – Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce environment.
• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Content writing experience – will be consider as a plus.
• At least 2 years of e-commerce experience.
