Main responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our Technology Consulting team at our Advisory Line of Service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients and our team as well as working in a hybrid model and participating in international projects within the PwC network.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

■ Supervise Local Cybersecurity Projects: Oversee projects spanning over GRC & Data Privacy, Penetration Testing, and Security Architecture services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

■ Support in Business Development: Work closely with the Cybersecurity Director in the pursuit of new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our cybersecurity practice.

■ Mentor and Develop Team Members: Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.

■ Practice Development: Support the design and development of new and innovative services in the cybersecurity field, keeping our offerings cutting-edge.

■ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Technology practice to ensure integrated service delivery and leverage expertise from different areas.

What we are looking for

■ University degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in any other Technology related field

■ At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity with strong exposure in Governance, Risk & Compliance

■ Holder of one or more of the following certificates: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or any other related certificate will be considered as an advantage

■ Working experience with Cybersecurity related standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST CSF

■ Good knowledge of the NIS-2 and DORA regulatory frameworks

■ Proven experience in managing projects and teams

■ Ability to work under pressure

■ Proactive and highly motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

■ Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute to service development

■ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
