Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Paphos, Cyprus. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with existing and new real estate agents and partners, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying market trends, and conducting market research.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to do telesales and cold calling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in the construction/real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Russian is a must.
