We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, driving efficiency and maximizing ROI. The role entails collaborating closely with all the relevant internal departments and teams to streamline operations, implement automation, and measure performance.

Your role at HFM:

• Develop and execute marketing operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of project management tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Build and maintain efficient marketing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to streamline campaign execution and reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Take ownership of budget reporting, tracking expenditures, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to marketing operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies, including Generative AI advancements, and their potential applications.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and project management tools.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and their applications in marketing.
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
