Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit Junior Sales Assistant.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Assistant at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort in Paphos, Cyprus. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort and its services, while providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Administration and F&B knowledge will be desirable
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven track record of successful sales and delegation performance
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Greek and English languages
