We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our company. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets industry or similar, a proven track record in digital marketing, and a strong ability to leverage data and AI to optimize campaigns.

Your role at HFM:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve performance goals.
• Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
• Leverage AI-powered platforms and advance data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing spend.
• Work closely with the marketing data analyst to extract actionable insights from data and inform campaign optimization.
• Effectively allocate marketing budgets across different channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Continuously research and implement new marketing technologies and strategies to drive competitive advantage.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing in the financial markets industry or similar.
• Expertise in a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with advance marketing analytics tools.
• Leadership skills and experience managing performance teams.
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
