As a Payments Officer, you will be responsible for processing client transactions, handling operational payments, coordinating with departments and banks, and providing supporting documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Main Role:

  • Processing Client deposits, withdrawals, transfers according to company and procedures
  • Processing operational payments for various companies
  • Communication with several bank institutions regarding payment issues and providing requested supporting documents
  • Liaise with multiple bank institutions regarding payment issues and provide requested supporting documents;
  • Checking and updating daily reports for the management
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the team leader, manager, and the management team

Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent English and Greek communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and 12:00 - 20:00 on a weekly rotation basis.
  • Public holidays are applicable on a rotational basis.
