CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property development and investment company in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance online presence, generate leads, and ultimately drive business growth. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications, or other closely related fields, who possess proven experience in digital marketing, ideally gained working in the Real Estate sector. You will need to possess strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive targeted traffic to websites and other digital platforms.
• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviours for effective campaign targeting.
• Plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising, with a specific focus on lead generation.
• Implement lead generation tactics such as lead magnets, landing pages, and lead capture forms to attract and capture qualified leads.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to effectively nurture and track leads throughout the sales funnel.
• Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.
• Continuously explore and implement new lead generation strategies and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and maximize lead generation potential.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead scoring and qualification criteria for effective lead management and conversion.
• Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email newsletters.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and videos, that effectively generate leads.
• Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and events.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and consumer behaviour.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be considered an advantage.
