We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Account Manager - Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

  • To assist clients with Opening new accounts and build a new client base.
  • To know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better educate the client.
  • Gains understanding of client needs before promote Company’s services.
  • Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
  • To achieve targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Account Managers.
  • Follow up on leads for prospective clients.
  • Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
  • To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon.
  • Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company's trading system.
  • Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems.
  • To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
  • Be proactive in self-development regarding sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • To use business development techniques in order to further improve their client portfolio.
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by the Head of Account Managers.
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

What you Bring:

  • University/College Degree or Professional/Industry qualification in related field
  • 2 years’ experience in sales or similar role
  • English and Arabic are mandatory.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and target orientated individual
  • Full training will be given All applications will be treated as confidential

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
