With over 20 years of experience in the industry, based in Limassol, we are looking for a Contracts Executive to join our Legal Affairs Team.

If you enjoy being in a fast-paced environment, working with a dynamic team of professionals, have excellent verbal and written business English and contract drafting experience in an administrative or legal secretarial role this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, drafting, revising, negotiating, and concluding contracts for clients working on temporary cross-border assignments.
  • Receiving, and checking agency contracts and identifying and addressing contract clauses that may pose a business risk.
  • Liaise with agencies for those contracts that are pending or overdue.
  • Liaise with the internal sales team, Director, or agency as required to resolve queries.
  • File contracts electronically keeping hard copies if necessary.
  • Updating the database with contract-related amendments and keeping clear notes in the contractor’s record.
  • Processing contracts within expected Service Level Agreements, dealing with urgent same-day contract requirements and responding same-day on contract-related queries.
  • Research employment law to ensure contract templates are up-to-date and accurate.
  • DocuSign and return contracts via e-mail or post.
  • General Legal Affairs Departmental office administration and answering the telephone as required.
