bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Greek-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Limassol.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of bbf: residential properties within the Cypriot market.
- Full management of the sales of bbf: own developments.
- Develop cross-sales between Limassol and Paphos.
- Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
- Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
- Meet personal and business sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cypriot market.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
- Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
