About the Role

Premier Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance professional to join our team at a leading short-term villa rental company in Protaras. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are kept in top condition by performing preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

Shift Hours

30 hours per week (6 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Address guest maintenance requests in a prompt and efficient manner.

• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.

• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to identify and report maintenance issues.

• Maintain a well-organized workshop and ensure tools are in good working order.

• Work independently and solve problems effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.

• Ability to diagnose and fix a variety of maintenance issues.

• Handy and resourceful with a knack for problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license.
