For a client in Nicosia, we are hiring a Business Analyst with IT background.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including BPMN, UML, ERD, and other diagram languages.
• Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.
• Support project management activities and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

Requirements:

• A few years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to grow as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge in business or system analysis, including BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagram languages, is a strong plus.
• Experience in the IT industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
