Sales Assistant for Technology store

Cartridge World is a Global Franchise operating in Cyprus for 20 years and are the experts in printing and computer services for homes and business.

The Role

The work is varied and includes but not limited to:

• Operate the store efficiently
• Deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service at all times
• Grow sales through friendly and knowledgeable interaction with our customers
• Provide telephone support and contact with our business customers
• Organize customer orders for delivery

Skills / Requirements

Full training and product knowledge will be given but we are looking for someone with the following skillset.

• Some retail experience and/or sales background
• Interest in technology
• Computer literate
• Familiar with point of sales process (POS)
• Greek and English speaker
• Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
• Well organized.
• Bright and outgoing personality
• Full clean driver’s license
