OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Business Development in order to design and implement a strategic partnerships plan in different countries and maintaining the existing partnership collaborations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, clients, and new market opportunities.
• Develop and grow your networks along with your portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential IB partners.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience of at least 1 year in Forex business development.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with IB partners and clients.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset who can imagine new business models and think outside the box.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams, notably Back Office, Risk Management and Operations to solve problems.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strongly attentive to details.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and wish to grow.
• Work permit.
