Work Channel Recruitment is working closely with an International firm that operates in the energy and oil sector which is looking to recruit a Junior Treasurer for its offices in Limassol/Cyprus due to expansion. The ideal candidate must have 1+ year of experience in a similar position.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing company’s bank accounts
• Managing daily cash balances
• Preparing daily reports to the management
• Liaising with bankers for accounts opening / maintenance
• Responsible for payments, lodgements and petty cash
• Ensure that proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place
• Liaising with bankers and maintaining positive working relationships

Job Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or related subject
• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work independently and taking initiatives, as well as multitasking
• Good numeracy and analytical skills as well as IT literacy
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, Greek & Russian (will be consider as an advantage)
