Main responsibilities

■ Engaging closely with clients both locally and internationally to understand their core business challenges

■ Liaise with clients and gather technical and non technical business requirements on behalf of the relevant Project Manager and Engagement Leader

■ Organizing client workshops to gather and document business requirements, and then convert these into technical specifications.

■ Collaborating with development teams to project daily activities

■ Performing business analysis using various methods and tools such as requirements management, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, solution assessment and validation

■ Consolidating business requirements and translate them into deliverables (solution analysis)

■ Producing detail-level functional requirements documentation

What we are looking for

■ At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within an advisory firm

■ University degree in Computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or in a related field

■ Exposure in business analysis methodologies and in dealing with complex shared data models

■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

■ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques as well as analyzing and documenting complex business processes/functional requirements

■ Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels

■ Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, both individually and as part of a team

■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

Ideally, the successful candidate will also have:

■ Experience in technology consulting industry

■ Business Analysis Certifications such as CBAP and CCBA

■ Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies

■ Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility

■ Strong understanding of current technology trends such as Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, and Emerging Technologies, and their potential impact on major industry stakeholders.
