Laptops Clearance Cy, a leading retailer of laptops and desktops, is seeking a highly skilled Computer Technician to join our Service team in Nicosia.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities & Skills:

• Repair and maintain laptops, computers, and other related IT equipment both hardware and software.
• Build custom PCs as required.
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions, and policies regarding payment.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of technology products and software.

Key Competencies:

• Experience in troubleshooting clients' IT equipment.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• High energy level with a proactive approach, integrity, and persuasiveness.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
