Business Intelligence Analyst – Cyprus

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries.
• Design and develop scalable data models.
• Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our processes.

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and experience working with relational databases.
• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI (Front-end and Back-end).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
