The team

Our Marketing & Communications Department is seeking recent university graduates or young professionals for a 12-month fixed-term position. This opportunity allows you to join a high-calibre, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of marketing professionals.

As PwC’s Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a strategic role in planning and executing events and campaigns, managing logistics, and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy, while utilising digital marketing tools and social media to engage our targeted audience.

Main responsibilities

  • Assist with the complete process of an event/campaign/sponsorship, including planning, stage running the actual event itself and the post-event evaluation
  • Be involved in all operational and administrative matters to ensure the event is being delivered efficiently
  • Ensure that each event is planned according to its specific requirements, paying close attention to both budget and time constraints
  • Book venues, liaise with all relevant providers, schedule speakers and undertake all relevant logistics needed for each project
  • Provide assistance to other team members with any other departmental projects, as instructed
  • Ensure each event is in line with PwC's overall marketing strategy and attracts a targeted audience
  • Attend events and provide ongoing assistance to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Make use of digital marketing tools, social media and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

What we are looking for

  • Newly graduates or final year students in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • No previous experience required
  • Available for a full-time employment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
