Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Be the go-to for our amazing team, offering support, resolving concerns, and nurturing a positive work culture with empathy and care.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead our talent acquisition efforts, bringing in top-tier candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, and creating an unforgettable onboarding experience to ensure they hit the ground running.
  • Performance Management: Champion our performance review process, guiding managers to inspire their teams and align their goals with our company’s mission.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Keep us ahead of the curve by developing and updating HR policies, ensuring we’re always compliant with the latest laws and best practices.
  • Learning & Development: Empower our employees to grow by coordinating dynamic training programs and managing budgets that provide the tools for professional and personal growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work hand-in-hand with our compensation team to ensure that our salaries, benefits, and perks are not just competitive but something to rave about!
  • Data Management: Be the guardian of our employee records, ensuring they are accurate, secure, and provide actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in a generalist role.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an added bonus!
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to connect with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: A natural problem-solver who can make decisions swiftly and confidently with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A compassionate, empathetic, and discreet approach to sensitive situations. You know how to build trust and handle confidential matters with grace.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations to keep us compliant and ahead of the game.
  • Technology: Comfort with HR software (BambooHR, or similar) and the Microsoft Office Suite, using them to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Leadership: The ability to coach and mentor managers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to lead their teams to success.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 with one (1) hour break and Friday 09:00 - 15:00 with a 30-minute break.
