Evangelsimos Hospital due to expansion is looking to recruit an IT Support Officer.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Installing, setting, and keeping track of computer networks and the equipment they contain, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, intranet connections, wifi systems and email systems (Office 365).
• Analysing, identifying, fixing, and recording network and server problems.
• Establishing and keeping up system records and papers, such as user manuals and update logs.
• Establishing connections between computers and local and wide networks.
• Ensuring the data and infrastructure of the organization are secure.
• Performing daily security backups in case a server or program were to malfunction.
• Updating staff on system updates and modifications.

Qualifications:

• IT Degree required
• Fluent in English & Greek, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of Office 365 Platform & Applications.
• Previous experience will be considered a plus
