We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
 Understand clients'; business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop effective advertising strategies.
 Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising concepts and campaigns.
 Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
 Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
 Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients.
 Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions and
maintaining client satisfaction.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
 Minimum 4 years of experience in client service within an advertising agency or a similar role.
 Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
 Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
 Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including traditional and digital advertising channels.
 Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
 Proficient in using industry-standard software, including project management and communication tools.
 Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
