Wiztech Group is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, a Legal & Compliance Advisor to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Location: Cyprus – onsite

Benefits: €100 in Wolt credits per month, medical insurance

Working hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 am – 18:00 pm (1-hour break)

• Friday: 09:00 am – 15:00 pm (30-min break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate/commercial law (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus). 📚

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. 🛡️

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents (experience with PSPs is a plus). 📝

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations. 🔍

• Develop and implement policies and procedures (e.g., AML policy, T&Cs, privacy policy). 🗂️

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. ✅

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding of legal and compliance requirements. 🤝

• Provide training and support to staff on legal and compliance matters. 📊

Qualifications:

• Legal degree is a must. 🎓

• Minimum 4 years of legal experience in corporate/commercial/compliance.

• Strong understanding of contract, corporate, employment, intellectual property law, and regulatory matters. 📃

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 💼

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 🧐

• iGaming industry experience is a plus. 🎮

• Any compliance certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements in the iGaming sector is a plus. 📜
