Position Overview

DataArt is inviting beginner .NET developers to take part in its paid trainee program. The goal is to achieve the level of proficiency that will allow developers to work independently on IT projects. If at the end of the test period, a trainee reaches the required professional level, they will receive a Junior .NET Engineer qualification and may continue to work in DataArt full-time.

Candidates must be citizens of Cyprus or the EU (visas and work permits are not sponsored for this type of position). We require them to have basic knowledge of .Net, along with good spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Mentor
• Take part in software development activities

Requirements

• Technical background
• Experience in production development using any other programming languages
• Experience designing and developing databases
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Understanding of OOP
• Knowledge of .NET, C#
• Experience with ASP.NET (MVC/WebAPI)
• Familiar with MS SQL (or other RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS
• Excellent spoken English
