Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a corporate services company involved within the real estate sector, are currently looking for a Russian speaking Marketing Officer to join their office in Limassol. The company has been established for over 10 years and has since grown to become a well-respected firm. The ideal candidate should have some experience within marketing preferably in real estate and will be working independently to plan and execute marketing strategies for the company. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, and manage effective advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both local and international agents in order to expand the company’s network.
• Collaborate with designers in creating advertising materials, including writing clear and persuasive content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools.
• Coordinate with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns.
• Conduct search engine optimization in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques.
• Review, edit, proofread, and check spelling and grammar of the texts in existing content in English and Russian.
• Write press releases and news articles related to property in Cyprus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Around 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably, in real estate/property sector).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian
• Strong communication skills, friendly, team-oriented, and organised
• Must be eligible to work in Cyprus without sponsorship
