CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding provider of integrated payment solutions to various online industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Optimization Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Head of Payments, the Payment Optimization Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing and managing an expanding portfolio of merchants, ensuring their needs and business goals are met through effective payment solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Finance, or another relevant field, who possess proven experience within the Payment Solutions and/or Fintech industries. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage an expanding portfolio of merchants, ensuring their needs and business goals are met through effective payment solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between merchants and PSPs, facilitating smooth onboarding processes and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with merchants, providing ongoing business advisory services and recommending appropriate payment solutions based on their business models and financial structures.
  • Analyze financial data to monitor the performance of merchants suggesting and implementing new payment solutions to enhance their operations and profitability.
  • Maintain regular communication with PSPs to stay updated on their offerings and onboarding requirements.
  • Analyse their financial performance to optimize the matching process between merchants and PSPs.
  • Manage existing and ongoing relationships between our merchants and PSPs to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
  • Reporting on performance metrics and contribute to achieving monthly division targets through strategic planning and execution.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • BSc in Business, Finance or another relevant field.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, within the payment solutions or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Eager and willing to overcome challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
