Position: UX/UI Designer | Enterprise Technology & Performance – Nicosia, Cyprus

Our Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking to recruit a creative and dynamic professional to join its Customer Experience team as UX / UI Designer at the level of Consultant/Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia office.

Our User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) team focuses on designing intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that help users accomplish their goals. The team is also responsible for defining product vision across multiple platforms and touch points, managing complex, cross-functional projects.

The Role

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Designing and delivering prototypes, wireframes, mockups and user journeys

  • Improving and enhancing user experiences and interfaces utilizing user’s feedback

  • Conducting user research, user surveys, useability testing, A-B testing

  • Implementing responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building alignment with team members and stakeholders

  • Gathering and analyzing user’s feedback

  • Illustrating design ideas with sitemaps and storyboards

  • Participating in end-product reviews and testing

  • Contributing to build and improve product / UX design strategy and offering

  • Mentoring and coaching team members, sharing UX/UI knowledge and experience

  • Guiding internal teams in best practices and promoting a user-centric mindset

  • Participating in client meetings and presentations, confidently pitching ideas and taking feedback onboard

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in UX/UI design

  • Proficiency in leading design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro etc)

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design fundamentals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to discuss and explain design options

Set yourself apart:

Possession of any of the below will be considered an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field

  • Be ready to share portfolio as a sample of work

  • Previous experience in designing for mobile phone software or apps in financial/banking industry

  • Certification in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design or related field
