Position: UX Writer/Copy Specialist | Enterprise Technology & Performance – Nicosia, Cyprus
Our Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking to recruit a creative and dynamic professional to join its Customer Experience team as UX Writer at the level of Consultant/Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia office.

Our User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) professionals focus on designing intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that help users accomplish their goals. The team is also responsible for defining product vision across multiple platforms and touch points, managing complex, cross-functional projects.
The Role
In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:
Developing innovative UX writing and content design solutions to complex user, product, and business problems
Writing clear, consistent, concise user-interface content
Establishing and improving holistic UX writing and content design processes, systems, frameworks or patterns across multiple teams or products
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building alignment with team members and stakeholders
Ensuring consistent and accurate terminology across the product
Performing content reviews and audits to optimize and enhance user journeys
Guiding internal teams in best practices and promoting a user-centric mindset
Requirements
Undergraduate degree from a reputable University
2 - 4 years of experience in UX writing or content design, preferably in technology-driven or financial environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English)
Demonstrated experience writing UI copy in Greek and English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Figma and MS Office tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Set yourself apart:
Possession of any of the below will be considered an advantage:
Previous experience writing for mobile phone software or apps
Previous experience writing for banking/financial apps
Certification in Product Design, UX Design or UI
Knowledge of current SEO trends and techniques, with experience integrating them into copy effectively
Experience with user research and usability testing
Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
Critical thinking and ability to empathize with users and alternate perspectives
