The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Content Writer to join our Content Team. As a Senior Content Writer specialising in ad copy, you will take a role in creating high-impact, persuasive content across various channels. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our brand’s messaging and ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
• Write, edit, and proofread compelling content for a variety of platforms, including social media ads, Google Ads, display ads, email campaigns, print advertisements, and landing pages.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for SEO.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Tailor content to specific audience segments, understanding the unique needs and motivations of each group to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Create a culture of experimentation by developing and implementing A/B tests to optimize content performance and enhance quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, ensure consistency, and align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and improve content.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in content marketing including experience in creative ad copy.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Native in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
