Percassi is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Assistant Store Manager for our Nike Store in Nicosia Mall.

As Assistant Store Manager you know how to make retail personal. It’s not about transactions, it's about connections. You will focus on execution, product presentation and service, to show your team and the customer what you know - what’s great about the product and why. To that end you will assist the Store Manager by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a floor/business in a store.

What you need to have:
Previous experience of at least 2 years as an Assistant Store Manager in structured retail contexts
Knowledge of the main sales KPIs and analytical skills
Willingness to manage people development
Passion for sport; our ideal Assistant Store Manager is a competitive or amateur sportsman, with a strong drive for the best customer service and with great interpersonal skills
Greek native level speaker and fluent English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)
