Career Opportunity
We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and can effectively serve as a Consulting Officer in the Restructuring Services division in our office in Nicosia. The primary focus of this role involves engaging with various stakeholders, data collection & analysis, as well as document management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of non-performing loans.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Portfolio Management: Manage a nonperforming loans portfolio, communicate and negotiate with borrowers in order to reach to an amicable solution.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and compile data related to payments, property expenses, and other relevant financial information, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Document Management: Providing administration support for a specific project of the Consulting Department and efficiently handle and manage different documents (e.g. tax clearance certificates, property records, and other essential paperwork).
• Stakeholders Management: Engage directly with various stakeholders such as tax authorities, municipality offices, Land Registry officers and other relevant parties to obtain and verify necessary documentation.
• Support to Field Operations: Collaborate closely with other team members to provide the necessary documentation and data that facilitates smooth operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve back-office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.

Previous experience involving credit facilities and real estate management will be considered an advantage.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
