CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm serving clients in more than 30 countries, we are seeking to recruit an HR Software Consultant (SAP) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an HR Software Consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with any previous experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), in particular SAP, considered a significant advantage, although full training will be provided and Recent Graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are therefore encouraged to apply. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Involved in the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Support senior consultants in conducting gap analysis and designing solutions that align with business processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements.
• Provide support in client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Address client queries and issues.
• Assist in system maintenance tasks, including routine checks, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and report any issues to the senior team members for resolution.
• Participate in system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for end-users.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects the current system setup.
• Engage in continuous learning to build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR best practices.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• BSc in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Experience with any HRIS system or SAP product is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR technologies (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• A solid grasp of human resources methods, practices, principles, and functions is preferred.
• Fluency in the Greek and English language is required.
• Effective communication and business writing skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
