We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Media Buyer to join our dynamic team at HFM.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute media buying strategies to effectively reach target audiences and optimise advertising budgets.

Your role at HFM:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement media buying strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Negotiation: Secure advertising space and rates across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
• Campaign Management: Manage media campaigns, adjusting as needed for optimal performance.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate media efforts with broader initiatives.
• Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

What You Bring

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in the FX industry or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in media analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Similarwebs, etc).
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
