Junior Business Analyst (Head Office)

Symeonides Fashion House Ltd, a leading company in the retail industry seeks to recruit a Junior Business Analyst for its Marks & Spencer Head Office. The right candidate will be a crucial part of our team, supporting business operations through data analysis and insights. Junior Business Analyst will collaborate across departments to gather information, understand requirements, and enhance business processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Specific Tasks: Maintain sales price lists, handle promotions and discounts (using D365), manage Excel imports (Azure SQL Database & Microsoft Power BI), and perform proof checks on report data (using Microsoft Power BI & D365).
• User Support: Provide first-level support to stores and users (e.g., laptops, iPads, POS, scanners).
• Data Integration: Oversee the integration of new data into existing and new systems.
• Data Quality Assurance: Develop and perform audits, validations, and tracking methods to ensure data quality.
• Future Projects: Contribute to various projects related to procedures, HR Software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and store digitalization.
• Troubleshooting: Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Process Improvement: Document and improve internal and client-facing processes to enhance service delivery and productivity while minimizing risk.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Data Management, or Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges effectively.
• Collaboration: Thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing independent work with collaboration.
• Proficient in both Greek and English (spoken and written) language.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365), LS Central – LS Retail, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Azure is beneficial.
