CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an industry backed and rapidly expanding company providing single wallet White Label casino and sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC, we are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to join their team based in Limassol. As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the products you own, from concept and requirements gathering to launch and post-release support. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience in product management within the online gambling industry, with a strong understanding of user experience principles and a track record of improving business critical user flows. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the products you own, from concept and requirements gathering to launch and post-release support.
  • Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, user flows, wireframes, UI/UX changes, defining A/B testing and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage the development backlog.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into clear product requirements (PRDs), and prioritize features that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA team, to deliver high-quality solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and expectations.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Communicate the roadmap and vision to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, user feedback, and competitive products. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Track product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and operational data. Iterate and improve the product based on insights and ongoing business needs.
  • Understand and Ensure the product(s) adheres to relevant gaming regulations and standards, such as UKGC, MGA and also GDPR EU standard.
  • Assist with acceptance testing to ensure the product meets its goal, work closely with QA team, or other crowd testing partner to ensure the product testing is full.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Proven experience in product management within the online gambling industry of approximately 2+ years.
  • Strong understanding of user experiences principles and a track record of improving business critical user flows (onboarding, deposit, responsible gambling).
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, database management, or similar back-office solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the online gambling sector.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects. Context switching and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with QA and/or acceptance testing – an advantage.
  • Able to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits).
