CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an industry backed and rapidly expanding company providing single wallet White Label casino and sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager Team Leader to join their growing team based in Limassol. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience in team leadership, preferably in Account Management or B2B services. Experienced in using CRM software, such as Asana, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel is essential for this role. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in verbal and written English, and possess strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. A highly attractive remuneration package is available for this position, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the Account Managers team. Build and nurture a high-performing team of Account Managers that handle B2B clients.
  • Ensure the success and development of each Account Manager in retaining, growing, and developing the portfolio of existing and new partners.
  • Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with key B2B accounts.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Regularly conduct client review meetings and ensure the efficient handling of client requirements.
  • Proactively work to up-sell existing B2B clients with new products and premium offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients to expand the product footprint in their businesses, driving revenue targets for each partner.
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between Account Managers and other departments such as the Product team, CRM team, Operations team, and Compliance team to address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Manage multiple clients professionally and ensure organized operations.
  • Create and maintain a backlog of client needs, oversee daily marketing and business activities, and prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), monthly figures, and partner queries to the Head of Sales and/or CEO.
  • Ensure individual and team targets are met, working towards achieving departmental KPIs.
  • Oversee revenue generation and deliverables, ensuring each account manager is aligned with business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partners’ marketing strategies and business needs.
  • Identify and train potential candidates for the Account Manager team while promoting internal growth within the team members.
  • Maintain high-quality ongoing communication between Account Managers and partners.
  • Ensure client inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and foster strong relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase company products and services.
  • Engage with potential clients and partners and promote the company’s offerings.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Approximately 3+ years in team leadership, preferably in Account Management or B2B services.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve client inquiries promptly.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required, any additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in using CRM software, such as Asana, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Able to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits).
