As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Officer to join our Commercial team

About the Role:

As the Marketing Officer, you will assist the Head of Marketing & Online Communities in the day-to-day marketing operations in the fields of marketing administration, business-to businessmarketing, guests’ loyalty program marketing and public relations. You will work closely with the rest of the Commercial teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive bookings.

In thi position you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Online Communities and assist in all day-to-day marketing operations in the fields of online communities and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates and contributes to the development and execution of marketing campaigns

• Collaborates with the content team to create marketing content, assets, and collateral in line with the Kanika Hotels & Resorts brand identity guidelines and specifications.

• Participates and contributes to the development and execution of the Hospitality Loyalty Club direct marketing communication activities to meet or exceed the annual hospitality club communication and engagement targets.

• Support the marketing team in any other ad-hoc duties

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of social media and website analytics

• Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics

• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken
