Are you ready to meet your Sales goals?

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our commercial team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Ultimately, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and work together to ensure the targets and KPIs set by the organisation are met.

All you need is:

  • 4+ years of successful previous experience as a sales representative, sales manager or business development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the iGaming industry;
  • Diligent, very well organised, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
  • Proven track record with product sales;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Impeccable timekeeping and meeting targets;
  • A bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or any related field would be nice to have;
  • Experience with multiple markets – Europe, LatAm, Asia, Africa – is a plus;
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation;
  • Strong relevant network / well connected;
  • Full proficiency in English;
  • Proficiency in the Turkish language will be a plus;
  • Availability to travel abroad up to 30% of working hours, attending exhibitions, trade shows, company meetings or client meetings.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Being part of the team focusing on segmenting the market and building out the value proposition for prospects and customers;
  • Proactively identifying, engaging and educating prospects about Gamingtec services;
  • Overseeing offer and contract negotiations directly with prospects;
  • Maintaining an overview of the commercial KPIs and being accountable for reaching targets;
  • Generating new leads and helping find new sales channels;
  • Developing and maintaining customer and lead details in the company CRM tools;
  • Working across the entire product suite based on organisational prioritizations;
  • Developing and maintaining a full knowledge and expertise of all available products and services, as well as on new updates and upcoming solutions;
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for different types of audiences;
  • Working closely together with other members of the sales, account management, marketing, development, and integration teams;
  • Travelling and carrying out sales activities at industry expos and conferences;
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
